Erythemal UV radiometer (RGB panel)
Erythemal UV radiometer with a high-brightness RGB panel, readable in full sunlight. It measures the real UV index —weighted to skin sensitivity— and shows when the sun is dangerous. Popularly known as a 'solmáforo'.
The product
What it is
The erythemal UV radiometer with RGB panel by Solvayu —popularly known as a 'solmáforo'— is an autonomous solar totem, already proven in real operation. Its sensor measures ultraviolet radiation weighted to the sensitivity of human skin (erythema), so the number it shows is the real UV index, as it actually affects a person. It displays it on a high-brightness RGB panel with the color category of the WHO scale (from LOW to EXTREME), readable from a distance and in full sunlight. It measures and logs the UV index to support Ley 30102 and DS 003-2026-SA audits. It needs no power grid or civil works: it installs and runs on its own solar panel. It's quoted to fit each operation: share how many units you need, at what altitude and spacing between points, and we'll prepare a proposal.
